started spewing 2-3x as much soap after first week. wasteful. FAQ doesn't address problem. customer service super slow to respond. long wait times.....hopefully just a bad apple in the lot.....

Reliable and Elegant

This is the first hands-free soap dispenser in my house and it works extremely well. Not only is the design slick and elegant but it's quite functional and on point. Instructions are clear and if followed this dispenser is consistently reliable as expected.

This sensor liquid soap pump is so easy to use. No more messy hand soap bottles and wet countertops for me! I particularly like the way you can control the amount of soap dispensed with hand placement.

Just OK for hand sanitizer

This pump is attractive but unfortunately the dispenser holes clog every day or two sending hand sanitizer all over. I turn it off to wipe the holes with a damp cloth and then it dispenses beautifully (for a day or two). I get the sense that it is probably designed and better for liquid soap or maybe simplehuman sanitizer.

Can't live without it

I absolutely love this. I'm not sure how i managed previously. I had an issue with one i had before this one and customer service was amazing and replaced it for me. I'm going to buy for a shower gift as well. You don't know how much you'll love it until you own it!!
