Sensor Pump is great when it works

I love the Sensor Pump, but it often breaks down in one way or another. This time it wouldn’t hold a charge. But Simple Human stood behind the product and send one on warranty. My question is whether the new one has the full warranty. It should, because these Sensor Pumps have issues. I’ve had to buy new ones too soon because they broke and were out of warranty. There are issues, but I think they are still the best product out there.

Sensor Not working

I got a replace cause the Pump broke. But with the new replacement. The sensor is not working accurately. If I put my hand far down it won’t pump.

Doesn't Drip!

I really like this liquid soap dispenser. It doesn't drip between used like most similar dispensers. It looks classy and works well. I like that you can adjust the amount of soap dispensed by lifting or lowering your hand - prevents waste! It is very pricey though!

It drips soap hour or after use. I have cleaned the soap dispensing spout and use Simplehuman liquid soap.
The unit is not close to anything that would set it off. Suggestions?

I’ve been a fan of the Simplehuman soap dispenser for several years. With the change of the soap consistency it didn’t work well with my old dispenser.
The new dispenser was advertised as a “foaming “ dispenser. Not true- the soap
comes out in a small stream but no

Worked well right out of the box. Solid and heavy so stays put on the counter. The oiled bronze color matches the Kohler faucet. Nice new addition.
