Overall good, do not like the volume feature

This is our third simplehuman pump (they don't seem to last more than ~4 years) and overall I like the design most. It takes up a small amount of counter space and I am hoping the rechargeable battery takes a lot of annoyance out of changing batteries.
My only gripe is the adjustable volume based on hand distance. It is going to be hard to teach my younger kids to put their hand as close to the spout as possible. Young kinds have short arms and shorter memories. Putting their hand further from the spout delivers an absurd amount of soap for even the biggest of hands. I wish we could deactivate or adjust that feature somehow.

Thankful that the rechargeable plug is a magnet and no longer a plug in but the unit only holds a charge for a week or two before having to be plugged in again.

Worth every penny!

This soap dispenser is the best. It looks good on my counters, its sleek design doesn't compete but adds a subtle class. It works flawlessly. I found that clear soap works best, not the clumpy pearlized soap, it clogs.

Leaking at the bottom

I loved the foam pump so much that I decided to get this one for my dish soap. The pump itself is gorgeous. However, a few days later, I noticed soap buildup on the bottom exterior of the pump. It was leaking. I contacted customer service but haven't heard back.
