2 steps forward, one step back

I have bought nearly a dozen of these in the past 7 years and while they continue to improve, they seem to fail early in use our just after the 2-year warranty expires. My recent purchase was too I replace one of those failed units (white with chrome nozzle and cap) with the new all white unit. Disappointed that I couldn't get the former design look as it complimented my bathroom fixtures. Let's see how long this one lasts…

This is perfect for use in our kitchen especially when hands are dirty or may have raw poultry/meat on ones hands and don't want to risk contamination.

I liked the older model where I could see how much soap was still in there. Soap can't be poured in the opening on this new model fast like you could on the old one.

My biggest fear of a sensor pump was that if you got too close it would dispense soap and a lot would be wasted. That doesn’t happen with this pump. It’s not too sensitive but when you need soap it’s there

The battery last only 1 week!

I got dishwasher pump first and it worked well, since I like the design so much so I ordered another liquid soap pump. However this one has a battery problem that I almost had to charge every week, I have only charged the dishwasher pump once but for this liquid hand soap pump, I have charged numerous times! So I wonder its battery may have been bad!
