I've only had the product for one week. I had a similar product which worked well and lasted about 4 years. I'll let you know if this one lives up to that high bar.

Just the right amount

Love this soap pump. Efficient and lets you determine the amount of soap that is dispensed. Attractive and no soap scum to wipe up. I’ve just charged it once when it arrived and still performing after weeks of use. There are two of us adults who use it by the kitchen sink.

Great update

I had an older version of this soap dispenser that stopped charging. We went back to using a regular manual pump soap dispenser for a few weeks. I finally got a new soap dispenser from simplehuman and did I miss the connivence! I like the new on/off button and the new charging cord and port seem more secure. Overall like the new updates.
