This is my fourth Simple Human dispenser. I have it for just a few days and it does not hold a charge. It has new features that I like but I need to return it because it doesn’t work.

We are very happy with our new dispenser. It matches our faucet unit perfectly (we chose chrome finish) and dispenses just as described. We'll be sure to add more Simple Human products to our home!

I love this rechargeable soap dispenser. Easy to use, refill and recharge. So much nicer than the battery operated dispensers. It also looks nice by the sink and is a nice size.

Game changer in all my bathrooms auto sensor soap pump . . easy and efficient and looks sleek … no more push down soap pumps … But one for all the 4 bathrooms and love them !

Love this soap dispenser, charge last long time, new version is easier to fill. this is our second one, first one was 4 years old and still works but knocked off the counter and cracked it.

I now have 5 of these dispenser's, between two different homes. They always work perfectly, and I really like that you can dispense as little or as much as you want, depending on where you hold your hand. They are classy, clean, and modern, and if your hands are very dirty or full of gunk, they hands-free dispensing is very much appreciated! The rechargeable cord is so much nicer than having batteries to replace. Not the cheapest soap dispenser you can buy, but would highly recommend it for the conveniences and beauty!

Impressed by "Simple Human" statement that they standby their products. They replaced one of my two soap dispensers after indicating I did all the troubleshooting they recommended. Received new working unit a short time after. .
