Nice design but….

This sensor pump has a mind of its own. It dispenses even when no one is around. Lots of wasted hand soap in the bottom of the sink.

I like it, but they only last about one year. Some maybe a little longer. My daughter gave up and did not purchase another one. I have gone through so many. Can you provide us with what we are doing wrong, or how to fix them?

Tried the 9 ounce soap dispenser and find it drops the perfect amount of soap. Love that the charge lasts for weeks The holiday sleeve is a nice touch. Will reorder more as gifts. Bonus to purchase on holiday sale!

These are so great! I own them in brass, polished silver, and white. They work flawlessly. I also own the larger versions in black and brushed silver and those are great too! I'm a pretty big fan as you can tell.

A solid and easy to use soap dispenser

Easy to setup and works very well. Already considering getting a second one. That said I think it could be improved a bit if the smallest amount dispensed was less than the current minimum (it's still a lot of soap), and maybe an easy way to see the volume of the soap inside.
