Great Customer Service!

We use these for our office building. Great for hands free, no germ contact. When we had trouble with some of the batteries not charging after heavy usage the customer service gave us no trouble enforcing the warranty. Sent us the replacements right away.

I thought I was being extravagant buying this soap dispenser....and I purchased TWO, one for the kitchen and one for the bath. I use “my” liquid soap in each of them. I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase!! And every once in a while my arm or hand passes when I don’t need the soap..... my Fitbit got a good dose of soap one day.... made me laugh! Very pleased I decided to get these!

Stopped dripping

I was upset there were no instructions and had to go to youtube for details and product initially dripped. The bugs have been worked out and I love the product now.

Great soap pump, well-made, easy to use and looks good. We have a few in the house (kitchen and every bathroom!). Had an issue with one, but customer service was great and refunded quickly. Highly recommend!

Needs improvements

I received a replacement that is not the same as my original soap dispensor. The lid sits on top and gets loose so it does not lie flat over time, I prefer to have the piece that holds the soap be clear. I would like a larger family sized sensor soap dispensor. For each reason I took off a star.

I Love it so far. Working great. I bought a different model before and it stopped working after a couple of weeks and returned. So far I am happy with it.
