Gold sensor pump

This is my third sensor pump! So happy they came out with the gold. I love the contactless of the dispensers, especially in the kitchen. In these times, we are washing our hands even more.

First one got a charging problem within a month or two, contacted customer service, they sent me a whole new unit. It has not been a month yet on new unit, but it is working for now.

Best thing ever!

I love it! I’m in healthcare and love anything contactless. Many people don’t realize the pump handle of most soap dispensers can be filled with bacteria and viruses... this dispenser solves that problem. Love the sleek design and variable amount of soap. Highly recommend, it especially these days. I even give them as gifts.

All the products are good; some better than others. The slim caddy is perfect for our farm sink. The dishrack works well, however we wish it was a little "prettier". Maybe a brighter colored plastic tray would help. The paper towel and foam sensor pump work fine. The liquid soap pump is a bit slow on the draw and somewhat indiscriminate when it dispenses.

The first one worked for a while but when it broke, I contacted the company, sent them a photo and they easily replaced it. Would purchase from them again!

Clever and Beautiful

We have two of these in the kitchen. One is for dish soap and one for hand soap. They look great and, uniquely, the amount of soap dispensed is correlated to the distance below the spout that you hold your sponge or hand. If you need extra soap or just a bit, you can control it, but it’s still touch free. Great design.
