Simple, sophisticated and functional

I really like these pumps. I have two on my kitchen sink…one in black (Dawn dish soap) and one in golden color (for hand soap). I have a very simple kitchen…newly renovated and these just belong! They work very well too.

Classy look and practical too

Have been wanting this for my powder room and guest bathroom. They both are perfect. Look classy with my fauset and so practical. Love the recharge feature instead of batteries and also the dispensing feature of more or less by where you place your hand. Great upgrades from older versions which I do have at kitchen sink. Will add more to other sinks as I can.

Placed dispenser in my kitchen & it works well for its purpose: not having to touch a handle to turn water on with food-stained hands. Love the hands-free.

Great product...a few bugs

I love the rechargeable sensor pump. I own battery operated simplehuman pumps and they're great, but I don't like changing batteries because it's a messy process (turning it upside down, getting soap everywhere, etc.). The rechargeable option solves that problem. Here are the only things that could be improved with this unit (none that are unbearable...this is still a great pump):
* there's no soap level indicator. The unit is solid and no see through levels, so you're always guessing when you need to refill.
* there's no "battery low" warning. When it's done, it's done and you have to use manual pumps when charger wears out...but it's not often because it lasts a long time.
* the amount/volume dispense method doesn't work great, but it's an awesome idea. When using a bottle brush or sponge (for dish soap), the sensor doesn't work when the brush/sponge is far away (for a lot of soap), and it requires multiple short-shot dispenses.
