Neat Can

Lid is a little slow to open and you need to be within two inches to get sensor to open lid. This is an improvement over our last one that would open when anyone walked even close to it. Great product/great warranty/great customer service.

I enjoy this product. No setup required, just battery installation. The product is so easy to use that my children are able to throw their own trash without making a mess. This company also has great customer service because this is actually a replacement for an older model!

Recently, I injured my right foot, I have to wear a boot which already makes my life complicated, with this great technology I don't have to press the pedal for the lid to open !!

So we had our can for 11 months and loved it. Kept odors in, easy to get the full garbage bag out of the can. It malfunctioned but thanks to the awesome warranty and customer service we got our can replaced in about 2 weeks time. Would definitely buy a simplehuman garbage can again!!.
