The dish rack was on the second year of use, one of the tips on the rack's silicone came off so I asked for a rack replacement. I didn't expect they send a whole new one. Thank you so much. You kept the promise

This was a great replacement for my old Simple human dish drainer. Very roomy, made of quality materials and is quite handsome
The separate purchase knife block was a very nice addition. Safely allows my sharper knives to dry, without any potential injury to myself or others

Good quality product. Should had silicone bumpers on the four glass holders as a competition product does. I removed the covers from my smaller dishrack and placed on these. But this product is great. I'd definitely purchase it again.

I really like the rack and how it drains. Large capacity is efficient! The only issue is the silverware holder which is not stable and not well designed. .
