Quality and design

I love the design, but the quality is poor regarding all the cheap plastic parts. It is absolutely necessary to be very carful with these parts. I am referring to all the bottom and end plastic parts, the little spout that drains the water, the little trays that catch drip where your put glassware or sponge......very disappointed in those parts of the drainer. The disign is the only part I like. If it breaks, I will not order another.

This has been the best addition to my kitchen for quite some time. It’s beautiful and Enhances my countertop giving me the ability to do the smaller dishes then load the dishwasher less frequently when the big stuff is used in cooking.

I purchased (direct) it just before our Electrolux dish washer quit... We live in Hawaii and it takes forever to get replacement parts... it's been down for almost 2 months. Your dishrack is GREAT, especially the wine glass holder (my wife never puts good glasses in the D.W. I told her, "Let's forget the D.W." Only complaint is the shipping charge was close to the price.
