We have had a simplehuman steel dishrack for years. I wanted a change, so I went with the White steel dishrack. I had to return it because there were chips in the paint after only a few months of use. The replacement is doing the same thing. I really like the White dishrack because it brightens up my kitchen, but am very disappointed tat it chips so easily.
Definitely an upgrade Even if you have a dishwasher you can use this. Wet pots, etc can be dried by air instead of dishcloth. Adds to efficiency, a technological beauty.
Seems large at first, but replaces the towel which was in use previously. Plenty of space with for most everything including some pretty large pots. We use the wine racks a lot, and the knife rack hung in front is a safe way to get those sharp edges safely away from everything else.
The size and weight is perfect, I don’t need the tall metal piece for fancy glassware, it’s kind of in the way, but I like the little ledge to catch the water draining from the knife rack. Overall I’m extremely pleased with this item, which is great because it was a little pricey
This is the best dish rack I have ever had. It’s beautiful, well made and very user friendly. Even though it’s pricey it’s well worth it and I won’t have to replace it for years if ever.
The rack is well made and fits our counter very well. Only thing I will say is that we all got the optional knife block which hooks onto this drying rack. But it doesn’t connect to the drain tray. Requires a towel under that. But very minor detail to me.
