A bit rigid

I had been going back and forth on whether or not to purchase this because I already had a paper towel holder from simplehuman with the arm. I decided to go on ahead and get this and ultimately like it however it is stiff and rigid as far as being able to pull your paper towels easily. For the price point, I would think it would be just as good as the previous paper towel holder with the arm but better and this one is a little bit underwhelming as far as ability to pull out paper towels easily. However, the spray function is really great and easy to use.

Pro- the included spray bottle is cute for sure.

These pumps and the paper towels are great! The paper towels last a long time for me. I had a problem with the spray attachment on one of my holders, and a new one was sent to me free of charge.
