Well designed product, but …

I basically like the container construction, however I was disappointed that the brushed aluminum finish of the handle was made of plastic, and not a solid aluminum handle, which would be stronger, have a better tactile feel and also match the quality of the aluminum container. Considering the price I think the plastic handle feels a little cheap.

This product, like all simplehuman products is well made and well thought out. My only wish would be if they made an additional version one size smaller. Otherwise great!

Hi, these 2 cans have been simply a must and we're enjoying having them for the pups food and most recently bird seed. Thank yo use much for the great quality, easy to clean, love the insert that can be pulled out, the magnetic scoops are remeasured which we love as we manage our Great Dane's diet. Thanks again for such a great product that continues to last for over 2 years now.

I like this dog food storage container because I've had others and this one is attractive-looking it's easy to open easy to close but since I weigh out my dog's food on a scale the handy dandy scoop in the lid is of no use to me. Some people may like that who don't weigh their dog food and that's probably a good feature that I don't use though. Overall I'm very happy with this dog food storage container it's the best I've ever had and I'm looking forward to many years of use with it
