I purchased a new dishrack

I purchased a new dishrack because my older one had some parts that were rusting or couldn't get clean. The new one came and was very cheaply made compared to my older model from simplehuman. I returned the new dishrack and purchased replacement parts for my old one, which is much sturdier and has a bamboo rack for knives. The newer model just has a cheap plastic container that doesn't work well for knives. I wish you hadn't changed the design and kept the older, much sturdier model.

This is a really nice dish drying rack. It looks well put together quality wise and I like the fact that it drains into the sink. The drain swivels to any side needed. If I had to come up with a complaint about it, the cup drain on the front side could be just a little wider because larger coffee mugs will still drip on the counter, but that can be solved by putting them into the rack.

I love this dish rack. After who knows how many years of propping old dish racks with cloths so they would drain on an angle, we finally get to stop doing that! The new rack is modern and neat and works perfectly.
