why no knife rack insert?

WE are most disappointed with the new and "improved???" dish rack. The knife insert is a brilliant invention and why you had the lack of judgement to remove it from the new model escapes me!

I don't have a dishwasher at the moment and need a large and sturdy dishrack. My last one (different brand) rusted very quickly and i am hopeful this one will do the work for a long time to come.

I had this same dishrack for many years and loved it. But when I moved from the west coast to the east coast I didn’t think it would fare well going across the country in a POD, so I donated it to a friend. When I started looking for a new rack for my new home I compared it to all of the highest reviewed racks currently available, and ended up buying it all over again.
And I’m very happy that I did.

After searching for a long time,finally, a dish drainer that does what it should! The drainer holds dishes and nothing falls out, it drains, and the flatware holder is deep enough to hold even wooden spoons.

Pretty good, but room for improvement

the side with the wine glass rack doesn't drain into the rest of the dishrack. Its like this separate area that the water just sits in. Why not integrate into an otherwise great design?
