This is the third time I’ve purchased this item. It’s excellent and is perfectly suited for my needs - wine glass area and adequate space to handle those items that the dishwasher can’t handle.

Good dishrack

Overall I like the look of the dishrack. Only downside I've found is the set up of the plate stand / holders. I think it could be a little taller to hold up the plates or at more of an angle. I also wish there were more throughout the dishrack to prop up bowls

NO way to get in touch with a human being on the phone for issues

The one star rating is wuth the company because I have no way to get in touch with Simplehuman via phone to talk live with a real person. RIDICULOUS. I have issues with and questions about with one of the items among the many I have purchased and there is no longer any phone service. Unacceptable.
