White dish rack is not as pictured

I ordered the white dishrack. It was pictured as a white base with stainless steel sides. The dishrack that I received is all white with no stainless other than the glass rack.

The dish rack needs a wooden knife caddy, and because the dish rack has a lower profile, it’s difficult to clean the counter under the dish rack. Otherwise, it’s very nice.

One dishy dish rack!

My dishwasher broke and instead of buying a new one, I bought the simplehuman dish rack. It is pretty much perfect — has all the right holding areas, cup accommodations, and a wine glass rack to boot (my wine glasses are stemless so there’s that).
Short of doing the dishes itself, I’d say it’s winning. 5 stars!

Not steel frame

I purchased a white "steel frame" dishrack, but it's all plastic. Where is the steel frame? The box with the dishrack has a picture of the dishrack with a steel frame. That was what the description is referring to...quite disappointing.
