I have bought several dish racks over the years and this by far is the best. I love the wine glass rack so much as most glasses I use regularly have stems. The drainage system is spectacular. Having an older kitchen with some settling this rack ensures my counter top has many more years of life.
Very nice item. My only concern is that the utensil bin is a little off balance with only one “hook.” Would recommend at least two or three to properly secure it to the base . I’ve set it up so the bin is inside the drainer, not hanging off it.
I’ve owned the original dish rack for more than 10 years. Yes I did replace it and nothing changed. Roll forward, WOW who designed this thing? Do they they cook. and reach quickly for a knife on the rack.? Do they wash dishes and the dishes slightly tip back between the steel wires.? Do they wipe a sponge underneath the rack to clean up any residual water???
Try doing any of these with the newly designed rack!!! It’s a piece of crap!!!
It has so much space and the water drips straight into the sink!!! I don’t have to worry about mold, and the wine holder also doubles as a bag/towel dryer… money well spent after trying numerous others!
I would like to see more space for drinking glasses or cups, and give customers the option to choose extra drinking glasses/cup rack instead of the wine glass rack. I have been using the wine glass rack to dry my dish washing towel. I think that would be another great option for your customers.
