Worth every penny

We upgraded from a basic wire rack and plastic drain. This dish rack is in another league. It handles a heavy Dutch oven with ease. The four flatware compartments are perfect for separating metal, wood, silicone, and our toddler’s tiny silverware and the measuring spoons that used to get lost in a single compartment. The swiveling drain spout means there is no longer a 16” long cascade of drips. Our old set used to need a vigorous weekly scrub down, and after a month of continuous use this drain looks brand new. It looks smart and tidy on our countertop. Thank you, Simplehuman.

Currently not sure if I like it or not. My previous dish rack was from Simple Human too and I loved that one. This one I cannot seem to get it right yet. I took off the wine glass holder since we don't use that. It looks smaller than my other one. Hopefully will be fine, but may have to return.

I hesitated spending a lot of money on a dish rack but having replaced cheap models basically every year or two I decided to go for it. I'm really happy I did. This rack is well made, has a lot of capacity for a small footprint, and is quite nice to look at. The drainage system has been very effective with no leaking underneath. Can't speak to the longevity yet but after a week or two I'm very pleased with this purchase and expect to get many years of use before needing to replace.
