You see what I did there!! Truly the best dish rack I’ve ever owned. It’s elevated from the surface to allow for air flow to get underneath, eliminating that musty, moldy odor you get from most other racks. This may sound silly because it’s “only” a dish rack! But this is no ordinary dish rack. It has huge capacity. It drains into the sink with a flexible spout. Perfect kitchen companion. Keep it “simple”! Peace!
Like the look but the grey drain pad underneath the rack doesn’t drain as well as advertised. Always have to sop up the extra water that kind of just sits on the pad.
We had an old Simplehuman dish rack that served us well for many years until the nut holding the drain spout broke and there was no way to repair it. We tried a different rack from another company but it was too small for some of my larger skillets and other pots and pans. I decided to try another Simplehuman rack and I'm very pleased with it. The new rack has a much sturdier nut for the drain spout and the standard size is plenty large enough for my wok and other large items. It doesn't have a dedicated knife rack which is too bad but overall, I'm happy with it.
This is a very attractive-looking, functional product for large-sized dish washing. The only problem was that the vertical prongs that support draining dishes were not angled slightly backward and could not support large dishes. I had to bend them back myself by hand and now it woks better.
I hesitated to purchase this for awhile due to the price. But now that I have it I understand why people love this thing. Sturdy, functional and good looking on your counter.
I absolutely love it. My dishes are more organized and that makes me feel better. They dry more quickly and are easier to keep sorted to put away. I thought at first it was too big but turned perpendicular to my sink it fits in well. So glad I made this choice!
