Best Dog food storage item I could find!

The item stated that the large would hold I believe 35 pounds of dog food is the only beef I have about the product. I could only put about 33 pounds in the container, wish I would of purchase the lager size.

Thank you for your feedback and we're happy your enjoying you new pet food can! Our Large Pet Food Can holds approximately 30-35 lbs of dry dog food depending on the size of kibble. Our XL version holds between 36-44 lbs of dry dog food.

This is a very well designed, functional pet food container. I love the magnetized scoop that stays firmly affixed to the inside of the lid. And, the fact that it looks nice and sleek makes it something that can sit out in my kitchen and not scream "I contain pet food". Well done simplehuman!

Snaps loud when closing the lid

When I close the lid to seal the food, it’s a super loud snap that scares my dog and then he won’t eat because he’s distracted by it.
Would expect that for this price, it would be more similar to their normal trashcans that I have that close properly!

Nice looks and functional

I love these dog food cans. They keep things neat, and with numerous great Danes passing through, only one has ever broken into one of these. Four Danes, four different foods, and it looks neat and makes feeding efficient. I do wish they listed the capacity of the scoop, but it was no big deal to measure it.
