unusable - too tight - doesn't spin freely - towels tear

Conceptually I was hoping this was going to be a very useful product. It looks nice and has some cool features. Unfortunately, it is unusable. The roller is too tight and doesn't spin freely, and the "holder arm" is also too tight. So the towels don't dispense easily and they tear. I wound up returning two of these. Very disappointed because I had such high expectations for this premium priced product.

I have a couple of these paper towel with spray insert. In kitchen and bathroom. Cleans well and the paper towels are strong and absorbent.
