I love everything about this product except for the water spots I can’t seem to remove from the base. I got the stainless steel brushed version and can’t seem to get the water spots off

My issue with the new model is the bigger circumference to accommodate the built-in spray bottle housing. It creates a tighter fit for our Costco paper towels. The end result is a two handed method to get a paper towel. My old model was perfect. I was able to carry a plate of food in one hand and just grab a paper towel with the other hand without any trouble. Maybe a suggestion for the next build would be a reduction in the size of the spray bottle and its housing to allow for one handed usage.

This is soooooooo convenient! I wish it could stand up on its own because it did roll off the table once when i set it down to move stuff! Other then that it's perfect!!!

Paper towel holder is big and beautiful. My only issue is the spray bottle gets stuck and is difficult to pull out of the center sometimes. Not sure if mine is defective or it gets clipped on the bottom. Kinda annoying.

I replaced my old paper towel holder and found this. What I like about it is it comes with a water pump which is really cool. I put isopropyl alcohol instead of just water and use it to spray on my counter top after cleaning my kitchen. I highly recommend.
