It only lasted a month before it broke!

It already broke, and we’ve only had for a month! The base came unglued on the white one we just got. I loved the stainless steel one we got in the summer, so I decided to get a black and a white one. Needless to say, I’m disappointed that the white one doesn’t seem to be of the same quality as the stainless steel one.

Sleek look and handy spray bottle fits in hole of paper towel. Tablets for spray bottle smell amazing. He was quite pleased! Quality just like all of my Simple Human purchases: excellent!

I love this paper towel holder but...

The idea of having the spray in there is great as you just know where is all the time and very convinient. The but in the title is about the issue that encountered with the spray solution that it comes as a sample. I sprayed on my refrigerator display panel and it removed paint, so It seems that it too strong and abrasive, so that one reason for the 3 stars and the other is the price. I was able to get this item with a 20% discount, still I believe expensive and even more now that I need to fix my refrigerator. So be careful with the spray solution, I recomend using any other one.

I like the paper towel holder,, but the paper towels are horrible. They are like wiping your hands with sand paper. Please make them softer.
