Great product, but with some small flaws

I bought this as a splurge item after getting some birthday money from a relative. It shipped fast which was nice, and it looks really great (matches some other matte black appliances I have). The arm’s tension is perfect for ripping off towels with one hand and the cleaning spray bottle is a smart touch and comes in handy often.
One complaint: removing and inserting the spray bottle is a bit fussy. Because of the geometry, the bottle must be exactly straight as it’s moved up or down; otherwise it scrapes and gets slowed down. Additionally, the locking mechanism that secures the spray bottle once it’s inserted is not at all satisfying and often leaves confusion as to whether the bottle is locked, or released and just sitting on the locking mechanism. It could lead to issues if someone thinks it’s locked when it’s not and tries to pick up the entire holder by the bottle handle.
Another negative—I think a little more spray with one pump of the bottle would be better.
These are pretty small complaints and overall I recommend the product; but for its price, I just expected an even more refined experience.

Christmas Present!

After 31 years of marriage, gift buying for my wife is a challenge. Saw this on the website and couldn't resist giving it a try after reading the description details and reviews. Got a skeptical look from the wife upon opening on Christmas morning, but after using it, says it's great and should have got one sooner! Highly recommended by us both (yes I help clean!).
