Customer service is good, product lacks

Customer service is very helpful and quick to act. I like the product, but for all the engineering put into this product, and for the price, I would expect the wheels to actually work and be of higher quality. When trying pull the can, the wheels contact the wheel well thus restricting the wheels from rolling. This was an issue with both cans I received. My elderly grandfather cannot lift the can when it's full and I liked the idea that he could pull it along. This is not the case as the plastic axle of the wheel is not stable and has lots of wiggle room, allowing the wheel to be pressed against the wheel well when the can has dog food it in. This happens regardless of the surface it's on; carpet, tile, or linoleum. If you could fix this issue I believe this would be a 5 star product.

This is awesome. I bought this can in x-large and it holds a 40lb bag of food. It locks which is nice but my favorite feature is the magnetically attached scoop. The scoop even has little measurements on it. I highly recommend this. From a design aspect, the form meets function nicely.

X Large Pet Food Can

It is very sturdy and constructed well. It fit my 40 pounds of dog food with no problem. It is nice looking and I like the locking handle and easy access to the magnetic scoop underneath the lid. I would definitely recommend it.

Before, I had a problem with animals getting into the pet food that I store until I use. Now, with the locking mechanism, my pet food stays fresh and no critters can steal it!
