Returned first unit for rubber door panels disintegrating. . . unit 2 same issue

Shortly after my purchase of the first unit, the rubber doors began to disintegrate leaving tiny pieces on top and showing tears in the doors. So I returned the unit under warranty. Literally a week after receipt of my second unit, the same thing is happening. It must be a flaw in the design and materials. It's really too bad, because the machine works fast and well. My only other complaint is the size of the slot. It is clearly designed for a phone with no case. which defies the entire idea of the machine itself. 2 stars for two units falling apart, and for the slot being too small for phones with cases.

The clean station worked fine when I took my protective case off my Apple iPhone Pro. However, it is a booger to get off so I sent it back. I'm sure it's a fine product because nothing I have purchased from Simple Human has been bad.

We were quite surprised with the little amount of time it takes to sanitize our phones, compared to one that we had previously which took about 10 minutes on 1 cycle. We are still a little skeptical on the process that takes so little amount of time, but otherwise is very sleek and efficient.

Issues with iPhone 16

it doesn’t work well with my iPhone 16 with clear case from apple. When i put it in it rejects it. I have to try it 3 or 4 times before it works
