I bought this for the families iPhones. All our phones have a mous case and even though simple human days it will clean a phone with the case alas it does not. It hangs and unless we push it down it does not work. We should have bought the coffin type

Doesn’t fit phones with cases

Neither mine nor my wife’s phone fit. I have a small credit card holder incorporated on the back. My wife’s phone is just a water proof case.

Cleanstation

I purchased my first Kleen station in 2020 and just purchased my second one this month. The first one did stop working, but I think five years. I said pretty good lifespan. With all the germs and viruses that are seven-year-old can bring home from school – who always has her hands on my phone – I love that I can pop my phone in the clean station a couple of times a day. I know that I’m doing something to slow down the spread of terms and bacteria. It’s also beautiful on the counter. I wish it was rechargeable… As I would be buying more to put in different rooms in the house and my office.

A great device. . . . for some

This device looks like art on the counter and not a piece of equipment, which I love. The only down side is that I have a 14 pro max and the device works perfectly with the case OFF!! The dBrand case, that I currently use, is very thin and I would think would not hinder the operation of the device. It does:( I love the device but do not like that I have to take it out of the case to use it (the case needs cleaning too because it gets just as dirty).

Doesn’t accommodate phone cases

This is bar none the fastest ultrasonic phone cleaner on the market, and I’ll keep it for that reason alone. But its inability to handle phones with cases (for me, an iPhone 16 Pro Max with Apple’s standard silicone case) is a massive miss - and a pretty inexplicable one for a company like Simplehuman that prides itself on both form and function.
