I bought this to hang a TV from the roof of my yacht. It is really well made super strong. It could easily hold something much heavier than the TV we have which is 42 inches. I like that you can flip it up out of the way.

Works like a charm. Very well built.Just drove 1700 miles with my travel trailer from Texas and it kept my 24\ smart TV in the up position the entire trip including some very rough roads in PA. Do not hesitate to buy one."

Installed in the master bed room ceiling of my RV and added a 24\ flat screen to it. Mount is well made and stays closed (up) while traveling. There are allen bolts at the pivit points that can be adjusted for more tension if needed."
