Why not make it scratch resistant and able to change order of bins?

For the price of this product, it feels like it is not made for actual use. It’s flashy, but got scratched as we removed it from box. Also would love to be able to switch the recycling to the other side, but there’s no option to.

simplehuman Trash Can Warranty

Simplehuman definitely offers the best quality products all the way around. Purchased chrome trash can about 8 years ago with a 10 year warranty. Not only did they abide by the warranty but knew I was moving and delivered a new trash can within a week or less!!
