[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very thorough and powerful. Takes a while but worth it. Only complaint is how vague instruction manual is. Many parts inside (for cleaning products?) they don't describe their intended use.

Apartment living life saver.

Holds almost as much as a full-sized washing machine! Cleans clothes as well as the coin-operated laundry machines in my building. Essential for apartment dwellers with no laundry hook up.

It’s compact but surprisingly efficient for small loads—perfect for an apartment or small family. The controls are easy to use, and it runs quietly compared to older models. Wash cycles are fast, and clothes come out clean and well-rinsed. However, if you need to wash large or bulky items like blankets, the drum might feel a bit tight. Still, for everyday laundry, it gets the job done without taking up much space. Great value for the size!
