Solid machine

Just finished the first load; the machine works beautifully. The one suggestion is to make it clear that the bottom pad is at the top of packaging. I mistakenly threw it away, thinking it was part of the packaging. Can you send a spare one if there is such a part in the warehouse?

Very good washing machine with one cycle problem

I bought this because of the size and a really like it. The only problem I only use the delicates cicle and was doing good job because my clothes are almost clean, and the bulky for the towels and works perfect the problem just happen when I decide to try normal cycle. Does not work the water stop at quarter of the tank on any of the options and to then just stop, after10 min turn off automatically and for some reason if I press Normal, large, shows 2H on the time screen and do nothing. I really like this little cute machine and I don’t mind plug and unplug it every laundry day but it breaks my hearth some cycles don’t work.

I night tire water thinking I’d try it out due to the size and the name being black and decker. They usually have great products. Easy to put together and a nice size for my household. Live the options of small medium or large load and the extra soak and rinse option. Super quiet when running a load. Great purchase!!

I also took the advice from other reviewers and bought a furniture dolly
for it, which turned out to be a great decision. The dolly lifts the washer
up just enough to make reaching the sink even easier, and it makes
moving the machine to and from its storage spot effortless when I’m
not using it.
If you live in an apartment without washer hookups and you’re on the fence—this is 100% worth it. Highly recommend!

So happy with this purchase. The washer and dryer are both doing a wonderful job. Our clothes come out clean and living in an apartment saves us a ton of money using coin machines. So convenient and easy to handle.
