Nice little washer

I’m not sure if you can even buy washing machines with the middle agitator like my older one was. That said this one so far is doing a pretty good job. My first load I tried didn’t come that clean but I’m blaming the detergent I tried. I went back to my old tide and work jeans are even coming out clean. And it spins clothes almost dry.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's washer... but smaller...

I've used it for a short while so far and it's... good. The controls are intuitive, it takes both hot and cold lines (With a plug for the hot line if you're not using both) and it just a small washing machine. I've washed a double sized blanket in it and if unless you absolutely need a full sized washer... this will do the job. And for less money.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not Happy!!

I always enjoy on-line shopping with Best Buy and am quite happy with them. However when using the Black and Decker washing machine it should be simple and easy to use when setting up the programming of the pre-set washing cycles.
But it's not. When the cycles starts it takes the water for a few minutes then stops. Having to wait to see if the cycle starts again the machine does not start washing. Tried using the 4 programs from Quick to Bulky and the same problem occurred. The Error message came up and had to stop the machine. Having to constantly repeat this until the water level reached the Large Load capacity. Only until then did the wash cycle started.
It made me uncomfortable to use especially when the water level was too high and thought the machine was going to over-fill. In my opinion it seemed the Machine was a defective return and I had received it.
I don't like using this machine either If I am able to return I would not use Black and Decker products.
What can I do?!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy Install & Perfect Fit for Tight Spaces

I'm very happy with this washing machine overall. It was easy to install and level, and one of the biggest advantages for me was its size. I live in a century-old home with a small basement entrance, and this unit fit through without any issues, which was a huge relief.
My only concern is the fabric softener dispenser. I haven't found it to be particularly effective, so I ended up purchasing separate fabric softener dispensers that release during the rinse cycle. That solution has worked well for me, but it would be nice if the built-in dispenser performed better.
Other than that, the machine has been great, and I'd definitely recommend it, especially for anyone dealing with tight access spaces.

I wasn’t sure what to expect for such a small appliance, but I am pleasantly surprised. I absolutely love it!!! It’s efficient and quiet. Perfect!!!!

Powerful and efficient

The washing machine is great for an apartment, for a family of 2-3. The capacity is good and the machine is powerful to wash even heavy loads. The spinner dries the clothes very well and we just hang dry them afterwards.
I would recommend this to a friend!
