I ordered this model specifically because it has a side venting so I could direct the dry air in the direction I wanted.
Unfortunately, I received a dehumidifier categorically different. The unit was the same model number advertised but it was lower, wider and was venting towards the ceiling. Furthermore, after only three days, it started sounding much louder, like the pump was kicking in but was running dry. Note that it was not in the pump mode and, being a refrigeration tech, I know what a compressor cycling on and off sounds like.
Very disappointed. Please update the picture in the product description.
