I have never owned a portable A.C. only window units i am first time buyer of portable AC my window unit was very quite and this portable one is just as quite which is a big deal for me it works as it should my only minor complaint is with the user interface not all the settings are available on the AC you need to access them on the remote control if you want to use them its a minor complaint but some people loose remotes or break them accidentally
I would recommend this to a friend!
