Efficient but hot

Very efficient, 2 fans speed is usefull (low setting is ok as noise level) but in a 10x12 feet room the temperature raise too much for summertime (7 deg C in 8 h). Yes the door was open.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Was expecting to be more quiet and more efficient, than my old Danby unit. Maybe because it is a Black and Decker?
But considering significant discount , I can not complain,
Who knows, maybe it will grow up on me, but overall I am satisfied.

L'appareil fonctionne bien mais il est tout petit, l'image utilisée sur l'affiche n'est pas la bonne. C'est faux et trompeur. Vous devriez cesser d'apposer cette image qui donne l'impression que c'est un énorme déshumidificateur commercial. Par chance que le petit appareil reçu fonctionne bien car j'aurais fait une plainte à la protection du consommateur pour utilisation fausse d'une image.

False Product Shown with Same Model Number

It is disappointing that the actual product received. Model number matches so do other specifications but the model shown in pictures and videos are no where a match. Best Buy has no quality control unfortunately. Shame! Not to be trusted.
