Can't have Eternia without Snake Mountain

The highly detailed instructions made it really easy to follow, which is really helpful with a build of this magnitude. The amount of detail the was put in to the design creates a nice show stopper piece for any collection. This is a must for any MOTU collector.

Webstor, Evil-Lyn, Trapjaw, Ram-Man and Screech all can be found in this massive play set.
The 3802 pieces are housed in one of the most beautiful packages we have ever seen. High quality He-Man graphics not only outside but full color graphics on the inside panels of the large box. It is a collectors delight this package!

He-Man sized awesomeness!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All I can say is WOW! This set is absolutely incredible! And it’s MASSIVE! Its 2 feet long and has over 3800 pieces so it’s good to have some block building experience! The figures are a little over two quarters (coins) tall and for the small size are extremely detailed. (Trapjaws jaw actually works!) The walls are covered by writhing tentacles and there are tons of play options. I’m only about 1/4th of the way through and can already see what an awesome piece this will be. I always wanted Snake Mountain when I was a kid, this is what I always wanted, just a bit smaller! A must have for any He-Man fan!

A big project!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a big and heavy box! Both my kids love to build toys so they were very excited to open up the box. Great presentation! The box itself is very detailed and colorful. One thing that we liked was the way the box opens up and divides the final product into two phases. It's a lot of pieces and steps so a lot of patience and dedication is needed. Looking forward to the final piece once they are done building it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this set last week in the mail and I was amazed at how big this set is. My 12 year old has been working so hard in putting this set together with me. The instruction manual came in 2 big books and is perfectly illustrated and is easy to follow. My son collects Lego sets so I was very excited to surprise him with this new set. Each step is individually packaged which makes the process super easy. It is a great time spending activity for me and my son. I definitely recommend 10/10. This set is amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice product overall. Some pieces are a little tight to put together. This takes hours to build. Be prepared to take a couple days to get this done. Instructions are a bit hard to understand sometimes. Will fit with other block sets. Fun product overall.

MEGA MOTU Snake Mountain Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Simply one of the best toys that any masters of the universe lover can have and enjoy it fully. First of all, I want to thank Mattel for the opportunity to review such a fantastic and perfect toy as the Masters of the Universe Snake Mountain Building Set. I was totally excited about this construction set and I really enjoy it as a 6 year old boy in Christmas! In a second place, I would like to apologize in advance for being late in submitting my review, but this is a toy that is so tedious and time-consuming to put together that you can't help but enjoy putting it together piece by piece and seeing the majesty of the final product.
I want to make it clear that the most enjoyable part of a buildable toy is just that, the rewarding act of putting it together, piece by piece in a systematic order to get it done perfectly. The first characteristic of this product I like to share is that is that it contains all pieces declared in the second book and all pieces are very well done. Masters of the Universe Snake Mountain Building Set represents an iconic piece of the masters of the universe franchise and MEGA's motu toys have come to capture the hearts of young people who are new to the franchise and adults MOTU fans who yearn the good times when having those figures that we enjoyed so much as children but this time, in a new small but very well made version sets and action figures.
In this review I share images of how happy it made me to receive this great toy so full of surprises and details. The engravings on the outside of the box are simply amazing and eye-catching. The first big surprise comes when you notice that the set is divided into two sections and each one with its own thick book of instructions, the first thing that comes to your mind is: “Oh dear, I have two great toys instead of only one”. Then you realize that each section is divided into two or three parts which leaves you with not two but five great toys in one set, totally awesome! The second characteristic I like to share is the way they organize the content, makes the toy construction easier.
I congratulate all the people involved in the development of one of the greatest toys of the masters of the universe, the care in preparing the instructions and the detail of including each of the necessary parts to assemble the toy are simply admirable. Another detail that I want to acknowledge is that they add additional small pieces because they are the ones that can be easily lost when putting the set together.
The third characteristic I like to share is that the action figures included in the set are so fantastic, especially the very exclusive versions of He-Man, Skeletor and Webstor. I am also very grateful for the additional iconic figures of Evil-Lyn, Ram-Man and Trap-Jaw because they are a must have in any MOTU collection. All of them allow you to create fantastic stories while playing by imagining really exciting situations that tip the balance in favor of the villains because they have an evil lair so full of unpleasant surprises that they can subdue heroes as powerful as Ram-Man and He-Man himself.
It's really fun to create scenes where the evil Skeletor and his minions hatch their evil plans to take over Grayskull’s Castle and where Skeletor sits on his throne of bones giving orders to his faithful ally Evil-Lyn and the rest of the villains. But the funniest thing is to imagine a scenario in which He-Man and Ram-Man try to win the battle in advance by hatching a secret plan to meddle in the serpent mountain in order to sabotage the evil intentions of Skeletor and his henchmen. The fourth characteristic that I like to share is the multiple functions of the snake mountain and its movable accessories allow you to generate awesome situations that puts our heroes at jeopardy, and these my friends, makes a much more exciting games.
Action figures and some sections of the serpent mountain posability are truly cool, the giant serpent resembles a dangerous basilisk that tries to eat whoever approaches the mountain, the spectral face of the mountain makes you think twice before getting any closer, the river of lava and the giant gargoyle make the mountain a truly spooky place. Also the mobility of the figures allows simulating the most epic battles between heroes and villains. Skelletor’s dragon blasters subdue his enemies and the sinister mountain, together with the powerful villains, manage to placate He-man’s fortress.
As I mentioned before, it was very rewarding to assemble the entire construction set piece by piece, but the most rewarding part of all was finally assembling the five parts that make up the snake mountain. Once assembled, I have fun creating epic battle scenes and putting our heroes in desperate situations in this majestic snake mountain made with MEGA pieces. Finally, let me end my review by emphasizing how spectacular this new Mattel MEGA Masters of the Universe Snake Mountain Building Set toy is.

Mega Fun!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mega Masters of the universe Snake Mountain was delivered to out home about two weeks ago. It is non-stop fun! The building set comes fabulously packed with amazing art work. Divided into two large boxes that kept everything well organized and easy to manage. The two large instruction books are glossy and beautifully illustrated and easy to follow. Steps are broken down by individually numbered bagged segments. Color coded as well to assure you place everything in the correct spot.
I am impressed how sturdy and secure all the main components stay together. The intricate details of this set is impressive not only in the play set but the in the mini figures included. We thoroughly enjoyed watching this amazing set come to life, while Teaching our son how to pay close attention to the detailed direction. It was a challenge at first with all the excitement surrounding this set. Overall I felt the quality of the product and time we spent together building this as a family was well worth it and look forward to building future sets in the mega collection
