I wish it didn't arrive damaged.

I purchased this ottoman, for storage of bedroom pillows & linens. I wanted something simple, dark & masculine, since our comforter set was more detailed. I just received it today. The box had some rips, but I was hopeful it was packed well. For the most part, it was okay. It had some dirty parts( I don't know why, because it's new,) but the issue was the tear to the leather/vinyl. The dirt wiped off, but the rip is in front. This was my 1st time ordering, from them. The shipping & price were good. I only wish it hadn't come torn/damaged. There's a smaller scuff in back, but at least that's hidden. I'm unsure if I'll order delicate items from them again.

Quality is good, matched my couch perfectly. Only wish the black tray was a wood texture or something nicer than just plain black.
