Good Looking Rose Design

Functional and stylish umbrella base with some heft. Easy to assemble (tools included), though a power screwdriver will make short work of attaching the wheels (16 screws) to the base. The tab sticking out is the break (2 wheels have breaks). The wheels swivel 360 degrees so tab does not have to stick out. Fast delivery.
