It is lightweight, I work in many locations and this has been great. I have owned this for 3 months now. I did order the Gen 12 to save on money. I am not sure what the differences are with the Gen higher, but the 12 works for me.

While the performance of the PC was fine, the thing kept crashing out of nowhere. I am led to believe that there may be some planned obsolescence in play here or questionable hardware installation.

I’m not a computer geek, but from my perspective and for my purposes this laptop is perfect. I had the previous generation of the same laptop (5 years old) and since that machine was great, I just searched for the next generation. Transferring everything was easy - no issues. And the new one is significantly lighter.

The machine is light and sleek with good battery life, a great display, and a familiar feeling keyboard. The only issue I've had with it was a powering on issue that appears to have been resolved by recalibrating the battery.
