.but I got it to use as a seat in the garden and a quick knee pad for one knee.
Very handy and easy to take around. Could also use foe outdoor picnic and concert..
Perfect seat anywhere and helps with posture while making a softer place to sit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love the stability disc--it's well made, inexpensive, and portable. I'm going to try sitting on it to see if it can help with some chronic back issues, but I would highly recommend!
