The bottom is a hard plastic, so must be careful cause it slides on wood and my rug. I was hoping it was more like a hard rubber.

The board was ordered and delivered in an appropriate amount of time. It takes time to get use to using this for balance but I know I will accomplish. The board is sturdy and strong. I am pleased with my purchase! Thank you!
