[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ProSource Wooden Balance Board is well made and fun to use everyday. I use it for work with my adjustable desk so I’m not sitting all day long. I look forward to discovering all of the other exercises I can do with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is a necessary daily activity as we age. It’s also fun! I started in a door frame so I had something to hold onto if necessary. This board is very well made, and I liked that very little of it is plastic.

The balance board is solid and sturdy. I got it for my daughter’s to do knee stabilization work. They really like the balance board.

so far I like it. I did have some problem at first trying to just get on it, I am still having to hold onto the door frame to use it. but I think it is helping me some with my balance. Haven't used it for a week cuz I have been not feeling too well, but when I get better, I will keep on using it. Thank you. :)
