This is great to help with a routine

It’s nice to have a routine for sleeping and waking up. I didn’t see an option for multiple alarms.

Device fine. App so weird, complicated and few options

The device is fine but nothing super special.
The app is hard to navigate. Plus you have limited options within the unwind section. I would like to have an easier app, even more options and then the ability to customize everything.
Otherwise it’s sort of just a fancy and pretty white noise machine.
I had planned to buy three more for all my kids but I’ll keep searching for something else.

Doesn’t work as expected

I’ve had my hatch since Jan. I used to love it, it worked amazing. After about 6 months of use, it suddenly stopped working and always just says “connection issue”. Even though the WiFi works on all my other devices, I’ve tried troubleshooting many times as well. It basically is junk that doesn’t work for me, which is a shame because it used to be great. I am very disappointed with my Hatch.

App is a disappointment

I love the sunrise function & that has been enough. For app… Not an intuitive interface or navigation; freezes often; limited # of routines; no easy way to quickly identify free vs paid content. I subscribed & so far underwhelmed

I wake up in peace

It is really nice to be able to wake up to "natural light" first before any sound comes out of the alarm clock. I also love listening to extra noise besides my fan at night to help me fall asleep. It's definitely more pricey than I would have liked, but other than that, a great alarm clock.
