Sides don’t stand up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the product but it was vacuumed packed and the sides lay down on the bed. I ordered the correct size but due to the sides laying down on the bed it makes the bed to small.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pictures make the bed appear to swallow your dog in furry bliss. When in reality, I can’t get the sides to stand up and the bottom is thin. Not much cushion between my dog and the floor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My jack russell loved it right away. Even my cat sleeps in it if the dog doesn't. It seems like good quality and very cushiony. It's perfect size for my 13lb jack. I love how the edge is so deep because the animals like to stuff there feet in it.
