This lounger was relatively easy to put together. I love lying in it next to my pool, especially since it swings a little on its own. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I learned the hard way that the cushion can't get wet - it absorbs water like crazy and takes forever to dry out. Also, the canopy developed a tiny hole in less than 2 weeks - I'm not sure how?

My wife absolutely loves this thing. She says it is SO comfortable. Putting it together was pretty straightforward, although I didn't enjoy lacing the fabric onto the frame. Closed loops that you slide the tubular frame through, would be more convenient. That being said, it was a great buy and a great gift!

I love this hanging chair - but I was careful to protect it from rain with Scotchguard. I even sprayed the umbrella top piece - water just rolls off after doing this. My cats will jump up when I am relaxing. It was very easy to assemble, and I put it together in 2 hours, but I was alone. It was heavy, but I used the box it arrived in to help lift the chair up toward the support.
