I have wanted a chair similar to theses for quite sometime. And it absolutely is the yummiest chair/lounge you could ever hope for! I don’t know if it’s just me, our patio or what... I have had it fall forward, landing me like a rock on the ground...still in the comfy swinging seat...bang! Hopefully we can find solid ground soon... no pun intended!

Great chair, lousy attention to detail

This was missing a bolt and one of the holes was not drilled into the leg. The chair is great to look at but if we can’t find a bolt it can’t be used. Very disappointed that all parts were not there and the predrilled hole on one leg was not drilled!

LOVE this lounger

Bought one two years ago for my girlfriend. After assembly, which was no problem, and waiting for her to try it first, I finally tried it out. Well, rather than 'fight' over who was going to use it, I immediately ordered one for myself. I had checked out others but preferred this one due to the sturdiness of the framework. We have had at least a half dozen people order these now (one or two each per order) since they tried ours. I specifically recommended they order The BCP lounge... now whether they did or not, I don't know and would have no control, but I do believe they would be disappointed if they didn't. MY only question.... would someone please advise as to where/how replacement cushions can be ordered? I've seen others ask this same question but have seen no response. PLEASE let us know!!!
